Ashlyn Mossy is a litigation attorney in the San Diego office of Wolfenzon Rolle, where she represents clients in complex civil defense matters throughout California. Ms. Mossy offers legal guidance through every stage of litigation, including mediation and arbitration, with a focus on achieving strategic and client-focused outcomes. Known for her creative problem-solving and zealous advocacy, Ms. Mossy tailors her approach to meet her clients’ unique needs and business interests. Licensed in California and Washington, D.C., Ms. Mossy brings a breadth of experience and sharp legal acumen to every case she handles.

Before joining the Firm, Ms. Mossy honed her skills under the mentorship of the Honorable Patrick Bumatay of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, where she gained invaluable insight into federal appellate practice.

A graduate of UC Berkeley, Ms. Mossy earned her undergraduate degree in Sustainable Environmental Design, completing her studies at just twenty (20) years old. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Belmont University College of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, distinguishing herself academically while gaining hands-on experience through roles with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and an established transactional practice.

Born and raised in San Diego, Ms. Mossy is deeply rooted in her community. Outside the courtroom, she dedicates her time to mentoring law students and promoting professional development within the legal field.

Ms. Mossy enjoys skiing, sailing, and spending time with her family and two dogs.
