Jimmy Lee is an associate at Wolfenzon Rolle in the Las Vegas office. His current practice focuses primarily on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect and general liability. Jimmy is a seasoned civil litigator with broad experience enabling him to bring expeditious and positive results to clients facing difficult or unusual circumstances. In addition, Jimmy brings a diverse and well-rounded background to the firm, with experience in several areas of civil litigation including tort, premises liability, product liability, bad faith, vicarious liability, and construction defect.

As a native of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jimmy graduated from the University of Nevada Las Vegas with degrees in Political Science and Marketing. As an undergraduate, Jimmy served as the president of the American Marketing Association’s UNLV Chapter from 2007 to 2008. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Jimmy received his law degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Jimmy served as a student attorney in the Civil Justice Clinic and fought to vindicate the rights of lower-income Arizona residents.

Upon admission to the Nevada bar, Jimmy worked as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Timothy Williams in the Eight Judicial District Court, in Clark County, Nevada and perfected his legal research and writing skills, which he now puts to use on behalf of his clients at Wolfenzon Rolle.

In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys partaking in outdoor activities, and is a regular on Nevada’s hiking trails.
