Crystal Innabi joined Wolfenzon Rolle as an Associate in 2019 where she practices all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including multi-party complex civil litigation, construction defect cases, construction related matters, negligence and catastrophic injury cases.
Prior to joining Wolfenzon Rolle, Ms. Innabi spent years fighting for the rights of California consumers on individual and class-wide basis’ and gained an in depth understanding of consumer law, finance regulation, business transactions and various other areas of state and federal civil litigation.
Although Ms. Innabi is a San Diego transplant, she has established herself as a dedicated member of the San Diego community. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Innabi interned with the San Diego Superior Court’s Facilitator’s Office, helping unrepresented parties navigate their family law issues, and the Chula Vista City Attorney, defending the City in various civil matters. In turn, Ms. Innabi was admitted to the California Western Pro Bono & Public Service Honors Society for her public service work.
Ms. Innabi served as an extern under the Honorable Judge Anthony J. Battaglia and the Honorable Magistrate Judge Karen S. Crawford in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of California.
In 2017, the Arab American Lawyers Association of Southern California honored Ms. Innabi as a California Bar Foundation Scholar for her legal service to and representation of the Arab American community.
Ms. Innabi graduated from UC San Diego and in earned a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in International Relations, Sociology. Ms. Innabi received her J.D. from California Western School of Law, where she was awarded a Diversity Scholarship, Academic Excellence Awards, and served as a Teaching Fellow.
As a proud alumni of California Western School of law, Ms. Innabi returned to the law school in 2018 to serve as an Adjunct Professor, and teaches legal writing and civil procedure.
