Bayan Salehi is an associate at Wolfenzon Rolle in the San Diego office. Mr. Salehi practices all aspects of insurance defense, including but not limited to complex commercial litigation, construction-related matters, general negligence, premises liability, and catastrophic injury cases.

Prior to joining Wolfenzon Rolle, Mr. Salehi defended numerous client-employers from a wide range of employment matters in state and federal courts. Further, Bayan has assisted many of his client-employers in drafting handbooks, standalone policies and procedures, and contracts.

Mr. Salehi received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in Economics, and received his juris doctorate degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. Mr. Salehi is admitted to practice law in the California State Courts, and the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.

Outside the law, Mr. Salehi is a seasoned automotive enthusiast and race car driver. He also enjoys weightlifting, soccer, and skateboarding.
