Gregory M. Schulman is a partner with Wolfenzon Schulman & Rolle. Mr. Schulman has resided and practiced law in Las Vegas, Nevada for over eleven years. He graduated from Columbia University in New York City in 1991 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1994 (finishing in the top 17 percent of his class). He was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1994, to the State Bar of Nevada in October 1995 and to the State Bar of Arizona in 2003. In addition to being admitted to practice before all state courts in California, Nevada, and Arizona, Mr. Schulman is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California and the District of Nevada, as well as the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Schulman entered private practice in 1995 as an associate with Karner & Zucker, a labor and employment law firm exclusively representing employers in Nevada. While with Karner & Zucker, Mr. Schulman represented high-profile clients such as the Clark County School District (the largest employer in Nevada), as well as numerous hotels and casinos. In that capacity, he was involved in employment related litigation, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination and wrongful discharge. He also participated in labor arbitrations and appeared before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Schulman is a member of the Clark County Bar Association. He coauthored Privacy Issues in the Workplace, published for a Nevada Labor Letter seminar in 1996.

Mr. Schulman joined Wolfenzon Schulman & Rolle following three years with Wolfenzon & Volk, during which time he focused primarily on litigation matters, including but not limited to construction defect, personal injury and premises liability. Mr. Schulman will continue to practice in the areas of construction defect, employment related litigation, personal injury and premises liability.
