Darrick Sun is an associate with Wolfenzon Rolle. Mr. Sun graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann, Arbor, MI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Chinese Linguistics. He received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ. He is barred in the states of California, New York, New Jersey, and Arizona. During the summer of his second year at Rutgers, Mr. Sun successfully graduated from Officer Candidates School and was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps. Upon graduation from law school, he served as a Judge Advocate, where he acted as a legal assistance attorney and defense counsel.
Prior to joining Wolfenzon Schulman & Rolle, Mr. Sun worked for KB Home managing purchasing contracts for various projects. With a working knowledge of the construction process developed at KB Home, Mr. Sun brings to the firm experience in both litigation and the homebuilding industry.
Outside of Wolfenzon Rolle, Mr. Sun also serves as an infantry officer with 2nd Battalion, 23rd Marines based out of Pasadena, CA. In 2008, Mr. Sun was mobilized and deployed to Iraq. He served as a team leader for a Marine Transition Team responsible for training and advising an Iraqi Army Brigade in the conduct of counterinsurgency operations. Mr. Sun returned to the firm in the early part of 2010.
